What you can expect from us:

  • First and foremost obtain the highest and best net sales price for your asset in a timely matter.
  • Maintain monthly billings (accounts receivable) cash-flow of at least $2,000 per month per property assigned.
  • Secure and provide general maintenance service for vacant properties, and respond promptly to emergency issues.
  • Manage properties through the eviction process and work with law firms and local Sheriff to organize an eviction move-out.
  • Provide property management services for occupied properties.
  • Have the capability to electronically submit required forms, periodic reports, etc.
  • Obtain bids and coordinate work with licensed, bonded, service personnel such as locksmiths, roofers, plumbers, haulers, clean-up contractors, landscapers, and pool service personnel.
  • Attend court proceedings when necessary.
  • Effectively market properties on MLS, Company website, and other RE websites with multiple photos and accurate descriptions.
  • On-going email campaign marketing to prospective buyers and investors
